Daniel is a compassionate, and motivated psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. Meghan Stanford obtained a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology with a double minor in Gender Studies and Disability Studies University of California, Los Angeles. She also holds a Master’s in Social Work with a concentration in Disaster and Collective Trauma from Tulane University. Meghan has worked with a variety of populations in clinical, policy, and research settings including children in prison and jail, toddlers with Autism, Adults with substance abuse histories, sexual violence, and other types of trauma. Meghan is also involved in community-led systems change work, which she uses to inform her clinical work with clients and vice versa.
Meghan Stanford is an artist and a certified yoga instructor and uses those skills to engage in yoga and art therapy with clients. Meghan uses a client-centered, cultural humility approach to working with clients to understand their experiences and support clients in achieving their goals and healing.
Heidi Aguilar is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She is trained and has experience in providing advanced specialty medical care with an emphasis on health promotion, health education and counseling. She strives to promote a therapeutic alliance while acknowledging each person’s individuality. Mrs. Aguilar believes in the power of recovery oriented care and in the optimization of quality of life. She has experience and sees clients across the lifespan; she has special interest in child and adolescent psychiatry and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. She speaks English and Spanish.
Mrs. Aguilar graduated from Azusa Pacific University. She has served as adjunct faculty at UCLA and Western University of Health Sciences. Her wealth of experience includes: crisis stabilization units, inpatient psychiatry, college psychiatry and outpatient behavioral medicine.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, trying new cuisines, and reading.
I am a PMHNP (Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner -Board Certified) who has a passion to help individuals who have issues coping and functioning in life, to reach their optimum functioning, by returning to work or school? My approach uses both non-prescribed supplements to prescribed medications I have many years of working with all types of mental health issues, anxiety, depression, substance abuse issues to major trauma that affects an individuals ability to function. I spend time with the individuals That I treat, using various testing tools such as Genesight DNA to blood test to rule out causative issues affecting mood issues.
Cleante Stain is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a master’s degree in social work. She has experience providing a broad range of clinical and administrative services to various individuals across the lifespan. The primary emphasis of services has focused on adults and children who are predominately underserved and have difficulty accessing mental health services. Additionally, she has provided services in various settings.
Her experience encompasses extensive experience in mood disorders, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, substance abuse disorder and assisting with periods of adjustment. Specifically she has experience working with children and families in the child welfare system, crisis intervention, women in recovery with substance use disorders with co-occurring disorders, gay men of color, with HIV/AIDS, homeless individuals with comorbid issues such as substance use, persistent who with serves mental health illness combined with medical challenges.
As a result of her experiences working with individuals across the lifespan, she understands how to implement the biopsychosocial approach as the foundation of her practice. Because of her experience working with a broad range of individuals with various types of living conditions, she truly understands how the social determinants of health can impact positive outcomes. Her strengths include using some of the following evidenced based modalities: cognitive restructuring, solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing, seeking safety, and various aspects of social cognition.

Dr. Yen Anker is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Adult-Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She started her career in emergency and critical care nursing. As a nurse practitioner, she has practiced in specialties such as primary care and hematology/oncology. She has also served as adjunct faculty at West Coast University, mentoring and educating young nurses. Her current specialty is in adult-geriatric mental health across a life span and addiction medicine.
Dr. Anker received her Doctor of Nursing Practice and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree at Brandman University. She completed her Master’s in Nursing and Adult-Geriatric Primary Care degree at California State University, Long Beach. Her undergraduate degree in nursing and minor gerontology was also completed at California State University, Long Beach. During her free time, she has participated in medical mission throughout several countries across the world.
Dr. Anker understands the definition of mental health is complex and often an area of debate, therefore, she has left it best to be defined by the individual and their families. Since everyone has their own struggles or aspirations to improve their state of being, she understands what is meaningful for one individual may not be the same for another. Nevertheless, at some point in each person’s life, they may seek guidance and treatment for either themselves or their loved one’s mental health care needs. Her clinical philosophy considers a collaborative approach between her and the individual, accounting for individual autonomy yet preserving the individual’s ability to engage in healthy relationships.
Michael Soroudi, RN, PHN, MSN, FNP, PMHNP who graduated from University of Phoenix and University of New Hampshire. His background includes, internal medicine, child and adolescent psychiatry and psychosomatic medicine. His clinical career took him on a journey through the healthcare system, in both medical and nursing fields, managing the care of everyone from toddlers with autism to older adults with dementia.
He has training and experience treating patients with psychiatric disorders across the lifespan and across practice settings, from hospitals to outpatient clinics. His education includes a Master of Science in Nursing, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner specialization, from the University of New Hampshire, and a Doctorate in medicine.
His Master’s degree prepared him to be a psychiatric nurse practitioner by combining both primary care, internal medicine experience with the Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Practitioner curriculum. He believes in early diagnosis and interventions with a thorough diagnostic evaluation, using objective measures as well as collaborating with licensed therapists. Considering holistic approach will let him combine therapy to medication management in order to improve outcomes. His expertise is mainly about Trauma, Stress Disorders, PTSD, Bipolar disorder, Anxiety, Major Depression, ADHD, Substance Use Disorders, Schizophrenia, and Psychosis related Disorders.
Justin Goldman, M.A., is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working with individuals, families and couples dealing with issues of wellness. He received his Bachelor of Arts, with Cum Laude honors, in Psychology from UCLA. While at UCLA Justin began working with children with autism utilizing principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis.
During his studies and following graduation, Justin has held several counseling internships. He has worked with those suffering from addiction, anxiety, depression, impulse control issues, and various other mood/personality disorders. Justin has a passion and commitment to the field and it shows in his passion for his work. Justin takes a client-centered approach in counseling, utilizing CBT and Solution Focused Therapy, while incorporating his behavioral background as needed to help guide the clients’ treatment.
